If you have strength and performance based goals then this is the program for you. This program is a bespoke and individualised - the program will be written based on your goals.
After an initial assessment and discussion, I will design your periodised program to keep you continually improving and getting stronger. The initial payment covers a 12 week period, the minimum commitment needed from you.
Every program includes, sets, reps, tempo and rest period. You will also receive instructional videos for lifts you are unfamiliar with. I will be in contact with you regularly to check in and adapt the plan as needed.
This program can be used with anybody looking to get stronger in the gym.
