I have been a coach for over 20 years. I gained most of my experience coaching in a gym, both taking one to one personal training sessions and leading group sessions. I have gradually and organically transitioned to online coaching. The demand for this service is increasing and it allows me to work with many different people and athletes from all over the world.
I offer online coaching where you receive individualised training and nutrition programs. The huge benefit of this service is not only the World Class programming but the accountability you’ll receive from me and that we can react quickly to changes that arise so that we’re able to adapt your plan as and when needed.
I also offer a range of programs available to purchase, download and follow at your own pace.

The difference in my health, well-being, fitness and strength from when I started to now is unmeasurable.

I knew Dan was exactly the person I needed to get help from. Not only a good friend, and all round great guy, but we've competed at world level together, so he knows my strengths and weaknesses. From the moment I called Dan (10 weeks out) to the morning of the competition, he was right there.
This was easily the least stressful prep I've ever had. Don't get me wrong though, it was HARD. We put in work! Dan pushed me to the limits. But he didn't break me. Weight and diet was spot on. Conditioning was amazing and in the final 3 weeks I was hitting PBs in nearly all my events.
