This program is for people who want the complete package. If you have body composition goals and/or performance based goals and you want me to take care of everything, then this is the program for you. I will help you to get results that last, and get off the diet roller-coaster once and for all. I won’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, I’ll help you build habits that will get you results that last forever.
After an initial assessment and discussion, I will design your periodised training program to keep you continually improving and getting stronger and fitter. I will also develop your nutritional coaching plan, depending on your current eating habits and goals. The initial payment covers a 12 week period, the minimum commitment needed from you.
Every training program includes, sets, reps, tempo and rest period. You will also receive instructional videos for lifts you are unfamiliar with. Nutritional coaching varies hugely depending on the client - some will be given habit forming coaching, others a full macronutrient breakdown and calorie goal. Everyone will receive advices on supplementation.
